sweet & smokey roasted potatoes (mild or hot)

Ingredients (serves 4):
2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Mad Maddie’s Sweet & Smokey Mild or Hot

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasoning.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

honey bbq grilled chicken drumsticks

Ingredients (serves 4):
2 lbs chicken drumsticks
3 tbsp Mad Maddie’s Honey BBQ seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup honey

Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Toss drumsticks with olive oil, seasoning, and honey.
Grill 25–30 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 165°F.
Let rest 5 minutes and serve sticky, smoky, and sweet.

grilled pork chops (mild or hot)

Ingredients (serves 4):
4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
3 tbsp Mad Maddie’s Chicken & Pork Mild or Hot
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: drizzle of honey (for a sweet-heat balance, especially on the HOT version)

Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Pat pork chops dry, then rub with olive oil, vinegar, and your choice of Mad Maddie’s seasoning (Mild or Hot).
Grill pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
For the HOT version, drizzle lightly with honey after grilling to balance the spice.

all-purpose roasted veggies

Ingredients (serves 4):
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced into half moons
2 carrots, sliced diagonally
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Mad Maddie’s All Purpose Seasoning

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place all vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread veggies on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are golden and slightly crispy.
Serve hot as a side dish or toss with cooked pasta for a quick meal.

cajun shrimp skillet

Ingredients (serves 4):
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp Mad Maddie’s Cajun Seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions:
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until coated.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 2 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle parsley before serving.
